Cancellation Policy

HEMSCO LLC, dba HEMSCO Supply, Hereafter known as HEMSCO, agrees to provide the following service(s), refered as "delivery services." By utilizing this service, you known hereafter as "Customer," agree and adhere to the following policies and hold HEMSCO free of liability in any instances of Property damage, to include vehicles, structures, and landscaping, except that of negligence on the behalf of HEMSCO or its employee. Customers agree to the following terms of Delivery Services. 1. Accessibility, A. Customer agrees they will provide HEMSCO reasonable accessibility to place of business and or residence free of any obstruction as reasonably possible, IE Vehicles. for the allowance for delivery truck and walk path free of obstacles. B. Customer agrees products will be delivered to ground floor only, likewise any returned cylinders must be present at ground floor level for exchange. C. Customer agrees to restrain any animal(s) during the duration of the delivery. 2. Exchange Process: A. Customer agrees that the exchange process is for like-for-like cylinder size and gas type. If error in size speculation has occurred by either party and difference in price is owed to either party, Price adjustments will be provided within 1 business day to remediate the overage/underage in monies owed or due. Customer understands that their preferred payment method may be debited and or credited within 1 business day and hereby authorizes HEMSCO to perform that transaction. Situations where additional charges may arise are as follows: 1. DOT Inspection date is Expired, $48.00 per cylinder fee. 2. Where a cylinder has a threaded neck to protect the valve stem, is missing a cylinder cap, $10.00 per cylinder. 3. Uneven Exchange, Different cylinder sizes and or gas type. Based on product pricing. C. Attendance 1. Customer or their delegate must be present for the exchange to sign for delivery. Special considerations can be made on a case by case basis, should this arise please call us at 765-393-0965. If customer is not present at the time of delivery, Delivery fee will be retained, and cost of products will be refunded.
